The thing about cooking, especially for a noob like me, is that it’s overwhelming.

Asking myself what to cook is daunting. There’s a few recipes I’d like to get under my belt but they’re advanced and I don’t want to discourage myself too early in the journey.

The journey

I laugh at people who can't swim or ride a bicycle. But then they laugh at me for being a 30-something-yr-old who can't cook to save his life.

This is a journey to correct that.
